South Carolina Exit Poll Results January 21,2012 Ron Paul In Second

Early South Carolina Exit Polls suggest Libertarian-leaning Congressman Ron Paul may be poised to pull off a surprising second-place upset in this first in the south Republican Primary behind Newt Gingrich.
Ron Paul leads the pack, garnering 33% with respect to active duty military voters, well ahead of his closest rival.
Although these numbers are early results that do not represent the entire South Carolina voting population, this apparent surge in Ron Paul's support is a great indicator of his campaign's potential moving forward in the nomination process.
